What should I do to get my prize money? What about my Payoneer account?

You won a contest on eYeka, congratulations! You will receive your prize in twelve to fourteen weeks after the results’ announcement on the contest page. To receive the prize, we need you to set up a Payoneer account.

How to set up a Payoneer account

Click here to set up your account, or follow the steps below:                                                                                                                                                    

  •  Go to your eYeka profile (access ‘My profile’) and click on "My Settings" tab.
  •  Click on "Edit Payment Methods".
  •  Create your Payoneer account. It is a simple 4 step process. Please note that you will need your ID card number.

Make sure to use the link above so that your Payoneer account is linked to your eYeka-profile. This way we will be able to see your Payoneer account and transfer your prize.

If you already have a Payoneer account

If you already have a Payoneeer account and you would like to link it to your eYeka-profile, please follow these instructions on Payoneer’s website.

Once your Payoneer has approved your registration, eYeka finance department will be able to transfer your prizes on your Payoneer account.

If Payoneer doesn’t work in your country, we will need your bank information in order to transfer your prize directly to your bank account. You can check the list of countries Payoneer supports here.

Upload your ID document

In order for us to send a complete contract, you need to upload a valid ID document. Passport, ID-card or equivalent. After you upload it we will approve the document and get back to you shortly.

How to add your bank account information to your eYeka profile (Only if Payoneer is not supported in your country)

Information below is needed to make a bank transfer:

  • Name of the bank.
  • Bank account beneficiary.
  • Bank account number.
  • SWIFT code.
  • IBAN number (European banks only).

For that matter, we need you to follow these steps:

  • Go to your eYeka profile (access ‘My profile’) and click on "My Settings" tab.
  • Click on "Edit Personal Information".
  • "Personal Documents" - Select and upload your documents.

Important: We require you to provide an official document from your bank stating all the information above OR send us a scan, a print screen, of your online bank account stating all information above. 

When your upload will be completed, Community Managers will review the documents to make sure it complies with our requirements. So once your upload is finalized, please contact the "Support" to inform us that your document is ready to be reviewed.
