Our objective at eYeka is to help you create freely and express your creativity on real brand’s issues.

Sometimes you don’t have the resources needed to create your entry. So we browsed the Internet and listed some resources you may find useful.

Legal Advice

From the legal point of view, some information must be checked before you use them.

-          Does the author allow commercial use?

o   If not, you cannot use this resource in your entry.

-          Does the author allow the representation in particular on Internet?

o   If not, you cannot use this resource in your entry.

-          Does the author give a transferable license to third-parties?

o   If not, you can participate in a contest and use this resource only as an illustration. Moreover, when you upload your submission, you have to indicate that you have no right to this resource and you can’t transfer the rights.

o   If yes, you can participate in a contest, you have rights to this resource.

To summarize, to be free to use a resource in your submission, the author must allow commercial use, representation of this work in particular on Internet and give you a transferable license to third-parties.

In both cases, you must respect:

-          The duration of use allowed by the author and,

-          The conditions required by the author of the resource (for instance, the mention of his/her name or the title of the resource)
